We ask customers to return the old unit with the cheapest traceable service to our UK or Latvian warehouse. UK warehouse is located in Rugby. Important note: Failure to return the old part within the designated timeframe may result in the reduction or rejection of the surcharge deposit. Be informed that we can accept the old unit back only in complete condition without no physical damage that can affect the performance of the old unit. Return of incomplete unit or damaged can result in rejection of the old unit or reduction in surcharge value. Upon receipt, we will thoroughly examine both its exterior and internal components and apply necessary testing procedures. Through this inspection and diagnostic process, we will determine the cause of failure and propose appropriate solutions. If you opt to return the part to our UK storage, please note that it will take approximately 3 weeks for us to inspect the product, once it has been transferred to our Latvian factory.

Please be aware that we do not have mechanics available in the UK to conduct testing or diagnostics on the parts. In the scenario of rejected claim, we would offer a replacement unit or repair for the part.
